Whether you are looking for a customized product and manufacturing solution or are in quick need of your product, St Marys Carbon is here to provide you Total Customer Service and a solution that meets your product’s and application’s requirement
We are one of the very few carbon companies across the world to develop and mix our own carbon grades. This allows us to customize any of our existing products or develop new products to meet the needs of your specific industry and application. We don’t simply machine a product to a different specification; we are able to alter the base materials and physical properties of our products to make them ideal for your needs.
We believe in offering each of our customers “total customer service”. We do more than simply process orders; we offer innovative solutions to ensure every experience you have with us exceeds your expectations.
Below are a few examples of how we will go above and beyond for you.
By their very nature, Carbon Graphite and Electrographite Materials are porous with the majority of this porosity being interconnected. After manufacture, both materials are often used as is with the open porosity. Other applications however are benefited by the porous component being impregnated to either reduce or close off the Porosity (e.g., in the case of a Mechanical Seal Component), or increase specific characteristics (e.g., Strength, Electrical Conductivity, Thermal Conductivity, Oxidation Resistance).
We understand that our customers need their products fast, so we have undertaken significant measures to drastically improve our delivery lead times. We are constantly working to ensure your products are on-time, every time.
Expedited Services – When you need your order ASAP, we will work with you to find a solution. Our Product Development and Operations teams have developed specific processes to complete rush orders in the most efficient time possible.
