• Remains as your main contact the entire time you are an SMC customer

Product Development & Collaboration

We believe that customer service goes beyond simply handling your order to being able to have a one-on-one collaboration with our Product Development team in the development of your product.

• Work directly with our Product Development team
• Work through your Account Manager as a liaison to Product Development
• Develop innovative new products customized to your needs
• Adapt existing products to meet your specific application and industry
